Toke Barter is a co-founder and director of Radarstation and has been a concept designer and researcher for clients including GN Resound, BP, Hitachi, Lego and the BBC. Toke holds an MA in Interaction Design from the Royal College of Art. He is co-author of the book Food For Thought. A service based approach to embedding innovation. At Radarstation, Toke leads the Danish office based in Copenhagen and consults on projects run through the UK office.

Jasper Bouwsma is the European Affiliate of EDG, where he consults clients on innovation strategy, systems, management and practices. Prior to joining EDG, Jasper designed and led the incubation activities at Swisscom. Through this work Jasper has encountered and worked with dozens of ventures and start-ups in new media. Jasper’s background is in business consulting and innovation. He studied at Maastricht (NL), Fribourg (CH) and MIT (USA).

Geke van Dijk is a co-founder and director of STBY. She has a long track record as a consultant on user experience research and communication strategy, with clients including Philips, Intel, Ericsson and ING. In 1995 she co-founded ACS-i media research & projects, which was sold to LB Icon in 2000. Geke holds a PhD on contemporary consumer behaviour and multi-channel usage. Her focus broadened from web-based communication to services marketing and business strategy.

With worldclass experience in embedding innovation throughout a company or institute, Ré Dubhthaigh is a director and founder of Radarstation, where he leads the London office and consults clients including Hasbro, BBC, BP, ReSound, Lego and Swisscom. Ré has been a researcher at the Royal College of Art, where he also gained his MA Interaction Design. He is co-author of Food for Thought: A service-based approach to embedding innovation.

In addition to her consulting and training work, she is a frequent speaker and workshop leader on strategic thinking and change management, creating value through innovation, future-driven leadership and sustainable enterprise.

In his client-facing role, Oliver is responsible for introducing our offer to new customers and ensuring Radarstation’s capabilities provide the best possible solutions for them. Before joining Radarstation, Oliver was in charge of developing new business and partnerships at Fjord, a leading cross-platform service design consultancy. Oliver has a track record of working on strategy, planning and financing for ventures and start-ups.

Bas Raijmakers is a co-founder and director of STBY. He has worked in the as consultant on user experience research since 1993, with clients including Philips, Intel, Wanadoo, Ericsson and ING. Bas holds a PhD in design interactions from the Royal College of Art, where he developed a novel method for qualitative design research: design documentaries. He is a lecturer at the Design Academy in Eindhoven (NL) and regularly publishes on topics related to design research.
